Delete your Mira account

You can do this yourself inside the app, or ask us here.

Fastest: delete it in the app

Open Mira → Menu → Delete my account. It happens straight away and needs no approval from us.

What gets deleted

Your name, date, time and place of birth
Your phone number and email
Every chat you have had with Mira
Your Kundli Milan results
Any remaining wallet balance — this is not refundable once deleted
Your notification token, so pushes stop

We keep payment records with your name and email removed from them. Indian tax and accounting rules require us to retain transaction records for up to 8 years, so these are kept for that period and then deleted. Once your name and email are stripped they can no longer be linked back to you. Everything else listed above is deleted immediately and is not retained.

Use the email address you signed in with. We check that the account is yours before deleting anything — otherwise anyone could delete someone else's account.

Request received. We will delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
